The original heatsink of customer's design is a aluminum CNC machined heatsink,
Customer turns to us for help because the heatsink can not slove the thermal management demand, the temperature is too high.
We adjusted the heatsink to be form with a aluminum plate, heatpipes and zipper fins, and soldered them together, the heatpipe can transfer the heat rapidly to a bigger area, and zipper fins increased the area for heat disipation.It is proved to be a sucessful solution from the testing result, we won the customer's satisficaiton and trust.
