1. Solder heatpipe with zipper fins heatsink, and the fan blow at the side of zipper fins.
This solution can solve 40W heat dissipation with the smallest size, and it is very easy to fix on a car
2. Solder vapor chamber with zipper fins heatsinks, and the fan blow at the bottom of zipper fins.
This solution can solve 60w heat disipation, meet customer high power demand, but it is not so easy to fix for some car.
After testing, customer satisfied with tow solutions, adn produced two type of lights to meet demand of different cars.
